Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on care@stayspellbound.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Refund Policy
- The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product except when:
- Product is physically damaged;
- Complete product has not been delivered;
- Incorrect product is shipped;
- Wrong quantity of the product is delivered.
- Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on care@stayspellbound.com. Photos of the damaged/incorrect product are required to be sent along with the email within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.
- In the event that no such written notification is received by Spellbound within the time period mentioned above and/or the Product is consumed and/or if the Product was purchased using the cash on delivery (COD) option, Spellbound shall not be required to accept the return/exchange of the Product. It is clarified that if an order is placed on the Website using the cash on delivery (COD) option, Spellbound reserves the right to accept your return/exchange requests only in exceptional cases.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Spellbound will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
- Upon receiving the Product sought to be returned/exchanged by you, Spellbound shall be entitled to inspect whether there is in fact any defect or damage in the Product or if the Product has been consumed by you. Upon inspection of the Product, if Spellbound is of the opinion that the returned Product is not defective/damaged/not as per the order placed and/or the Product has been consumed, then you will be informed about the same and the same Product will be re-shipped to your shipping address. You will have to bear the shipment charges for the re-shipped Product.
- Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
Whilst describing the Products available for purchase on the Website, Spellbound has taken all care and precaution to be as accurate as possible. However, Spellbound does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In an event where a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Spellbound may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In such cases, Spellbound will refund the transaction amount to you (only for which the payment is already received) in a manner it deems fit. All decisions in relation to the returns/exchange requests made by Spellbound shall be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such a decision in any manner whatsoever.

Spellbound works with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.
